全球卫星导航系统时差监测与修正方法研究

【摘要】 多模卫星导航是未来卫星导航系统发展的重要方向。由于各卫星导航系统都具有独立的系统时间,因此,实现多模导航要解决的重点问题之一就是确定卫星导航系统间的系统时差。利用我国的标准时间UTC(NTSC),采用带有定时功能的测地型接收机接收空间信号的方式监测卫星导航系统时差,本文阐述了该监测原理,论述了应用国际GNSS服务组织(IGS)公布的精密轨道数据对监测结果进行修正的方法。采用国际权度局(BIPM)的T公报数据对监测数据以及修正后的数据进行检测,最后给出各项数据处理结果。结果表明该监测方法是可行的,为建立高精度的系统时差预报模型奠定基础。
【Abstract】 Multi-mode satellite navigation is an important development direction of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). Because of the system time scale of each satellite navigation system are independent, one of key issues that must be solved to implement multi-mode navigation is to determine the system time offset between two satellite navigation systems. Our country’s standard time (UTC (NTSC)) is an available resource for us to monitor the system time offset of satellite navigation systems by means of receiving signal- in-space using the geodetic time receiver .The monitoring principle are discussed. The correction method of system time offset measuring results is researched with the IGS precise orbit ephemeris. In order to test rationality of the monitoring method, circular T bulletin data published by Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM) is applied to compare with the monitoring data and revised data. Data Processing results are shown that this monitoring method is feasible, and the method as the based for a high-precise system time offset forecasting model’s establishment has been laid.
