农机移动监控与导航技术
Mobile Monitoring and Navigation Technology for Agricultural Machinery

【摘要】 随着我国土地流转政策的实施,农业机械化和信息化进程的持续推进,农机合作社、农机行业协会等组织形式不断涌现,并逐渐发展壮大。由于农业生产具有较强的时效性和连贯性,对于大范围的农机作业,需要对农机资源进行合理配置、移动监控和有效调度。本文基于GNSS、WebGIS和移动通信等技术,设计并研发了农机移动监控与导航技术体系。体系包括上中下三个层次。高层面向农机组织的高层指挥人员,可对所有农机进行监控、指挥与导航,以及农机作业统计分析。中层面向中层指挥人员,如机组组长,以平板电脑为指挥平台,实现对机组随时随地的监控、指挥与导航。体系的末端是机手和农机,通过GNSS导航通信终端,实现位置报告、自主导航、中心导航、语音通话、短信交互等功能。在北京市平谷区某农机协会和顺义区某农机专业合作社的春耕和秋收工作中,对本文提出的三级农机导航体系进行了试验,试验表明,该农机导航体系可显著提高农机管理效率。
【Abstract】 With the implementation of land transfer policy,agricultural mechanization and informatization advance continuously,agricultural cooperatives,agricultural trade associations,and other organizational forms emerge and grow gradually.As the strong timeliness and coherence of agricultural production,agricultural machineries need to be allocated,monitored,and scheduled rationally and effectively for wide range agricultural operations.The mobile monitoring and navigation technology system for agricultural machinery was designed and developed based on GNSS,WebGIS,and mobile communications technology.The system includes three levels.The top layer faces to advanced commanders of the agricultural organizations,which can be used to monitor,command,and navigate all the agricultural machineries,as well as doing statistical analysis of the agricultural operations.The middle layer based on Tablet PC faces to middle commanders,such as the group leader of the agricultural machineries unit,who should monitor,command,and navigate the unit anytime and anywhere.The bottom layer of the system faces to tractor drivers,which realizes position reporting,autonomous navigation,center navigation,voice calls,message exchange,and other functions through the GNSS navigation and communication terminals equipped on the tractors.The system was experimented during the spring ploughing in Pinggu and autumn harvest in Shunyi.The results show that the three-level-system can improve the efficiency of agricultural management significantly.
