【摘要】 针对移动应急中对信息共享与可视化的应用需求,在集成与完善移动应急位置服务网有关技术的基础上,基于移动应急终端,研究多媒体空间信息采集、传输与表达技术,以进一步构建移动应急位置服务网。移动应急多媒体空间信息包括Exif格式下的应急现场图像信息和自定义的视频信息等。针对移动通信网络的特点,研究了多媒体空间信息稳定、高效及安全传输技术,实现了多媒体空间信息在移动应急位置服务网中的可靠传输、交互与准实时表达。研究了移动应急终端多媒体空间信息与GIS融合表达方法,以实现多媒体空间信息在GIS中表达与管理。针对应急指挥与调度中的终端导航需求,结合第三方导航软件,研究了通过短消息实现应急资源路径引导技术。针对实际应用需求,开发了原型系统,研究表明应急终端上的多媒体空间信息利用与路径引导,有效增强了应急信息的多样性,提高了应急处置的团队协作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The collecting,exchanging and expressing technologies for location-based multimedia on emergency mobile terminal were developed.The location-based service network for mobile emergency management were further developed to meet the application requirements for emergency information sharing and visualization,based on integration and improvement of terminal position real-time reporting,terminal power saving,information exchanging,and neighbors’location displaying.The mobile emergency location-based multimedia includes Exif format images and customized videos of the incident scene.The stable,efficient and secure exchanging technologies for location-based multimedia were developed to achieve the goal of reliable transmission,interaction and quasi real-time expression within the mobile emergency communication networks.The fusion approaches were studied to express and manage the location-based multimedia in GIS on the mobile terminal.To meet the need of emergency commanding and scheduling,the path guidance technology for emergency resources through SMS were developed with third-party navigation software.A prototype system for practical applications was developed.The results show that the usage of location-based multimedia and path guidance on emergency terminal obviously enriched the diversity of emergency information and effectively enhanced the capability of the emergency response team.更多还原
