【摘要】 工业测量系统(IMS)主要用于工业产品的质量检核和装配,利用电子经纬仪空间前方交会原理,通过连接到计算机实时地获取被测物上各点的空间坐标。然后经过数据处理求得被测物的有关参数,完成工业产品的质量检验及指导装配工作。本文首先对工业测量系统进行了概述,接着给出了工业测量系统中空间前方交会和系统定向的基本原理,并简单分析了影响工业测量系统精度的因素。从由不同的基准尺进行定向解算、不同的位置对测量结果的影响、最大最小交会角以及抛物面型天线相关参数的测定及精度分析四个方面分别对电子经纬仪(徕卡T3000)工业测量系统进行讨论。通过测量系统的精度分析和对一个标准尺的测量实验,表明电子经纬仪工业测量系统的相对测量精度可以达微米级,在大型工业的制造和检测中有着广泛的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial Measuring System(IMS) is mainly used for the quality specification and the assembly of the industrial products.It depends on the theory of the spatial forward intersection of electronic theodolite, which gains the real-time three-dimensional coordinates of objects through connecting the computer.We will get the correlative parameters of the workpiece after the data processing.The purpose of the work is to finish the quality inspection and guide the assembly of industrial products at last.Firstly,this paper will give an overview of the IMS.Then it will show the basic theory of spatial forward intersection and the systematic orientation.Next it will give a simple analysis about the factors which affect the precision of the IMS.Then it will discuss electronic theodolite(Leica T3000) from four aspects:the oriented resolvation from different basic rulers,the influence on the measuring results of different positions,the maximum and the minimum of contact angle,the measurement and precision analysis about the correlation parameter of the parabolic antenna.By analyzing the accuracy of the measurement system and the experiment of a standard scale,shows that the relative accuracy of electronic theodolite measurement system can achieve micron level accuracy,which has a broad application prospects in the large industrial manufacturing and testing area.更多还原
