基于符号位位并行运算的GPS信号快速处理研究

【摘要】 相比于目前广泛使用的GPS硬件接收机,用软件方式来处理定位信号的GPS软件接收机具有低成本,开发周期短,灵活性强等特点。在基于软件的信号处理中计算负荷巨大,这使得现有移动设备CPU的处理能力无法满足实时GPS软件接收机计算负荷。因此,需要对GPS软件接收机的基带算法进行改进。本文较为详细地分析了相关器并行运算的实现方式,结合了位并行运算相关算法。并提出了一种改进的基于符号位的位并行相关运算算法,在时间性能和定位精度方面进行了相关的仿真研究。研究结果表明了基于符号位位并行运算的载波-噪声功率谱密度比(C/N0)损失小于1dB-Hz,但是在时间性能上加快了至少一倍。这些改进对于将GPS软件接收机结合GIS技术实现移动设备上的地图定位导航有着非常大的意义。
【Abstract】 For the interest of low cost,short development cycle and versatility,developing GPS software receiver is hotspot technology nowadays.Considering the heavy computational load and the chip processing capacity which used in PDA or smart phone,it is necessary to improve the algorithm of real-time signal processing.By analyzing some existing parallel algorithms of correlation,an improved bit-wise parallel algorithm is presented which based on the sign bit.Through the simulation on time cost and positioning accuracy,it shows that the signal treatment speed of the new algorithm is increased at least 2 times than before while the loss of Carrier-to-noise-density ratio(C/N0) is less than 1dB-Hz.These improvements have a very large significance for the navigation on the mobile devices which combined with the GPS software technology and GIS maps.
