【摘要】 以CHB6的细胞生物量和发酵液pH为指标,采用正交试验方法对地衣芽孢杆菌CHB6的液体发酵培养基成分进行筛选优化。结果表明,不同碳氮源对细胞生物量影响较大,最佳培养基配比为:糖蜜1.5%,大豆蛋白胨0.5%,K2HPO4.3H2O为0.15%,NaCl1.5%。CHB6细胞生物量较优化前大幅提高,可达4.8×109CFU/mL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The indexes such as cell biomass and pH value were used to optimize the components of culture medium.Method:Orthogonal test.Result:Different carbon and nitrogen sources effected on the growth of Bacillus licheniformis CHB6 variously.Conclusion:The best medium is molasses 1.5%,soybean meal 0.5%,K2HPO4.3H2O 0.15%,NaCl 1.5%.The largest number of bacteria can reach more than 4.8×109 CFU/mL.更多还原
