【Abstract】 Microoganisms produce plentiful bioactive compounds with diverse structures. The chance for the reisolation of the known active compounds is increased. It is very important to dereplicate the known compounds at earliest stage of research, which will reduce the cost. In this article, the authors review the techniques used in the early recognition and dereplication of the microbial natural prouducts, which include thin-layer chromatography(TLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), spectroscopy technology coupled with LC, and the development of microbial natural product databases, with the aim to provide some references for the research and development of drugs and agrochemicals。更多还原
