【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通行业迅猛发展,各类轨道交通专业人才需求量呈现出越来越大的态势,轨道交通网络化发展对从业人员的专业素养也提出了新的要求。如何加快城市轨道交通人才培养,解决专业人才的短缺是包括北京在内的许多城市轨道交通发展面临的问题。通过广泛调研国内高校轨道交通专业课程相关情况,总结轨道交通人才结构及培养规律,以配备合理的知识结构和兼顾用人单位实际需求为导向,系统制定轨道交通课程教学体系,为我校开辟相关课程提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urban rail transit,it is required to master integrated technology for the traffic and transportation professionals.How to set higher standards of the training program and resolve the phenomenon of relevant technical Personnel’s shortage are facing to many cities which have urban rail transit system such as Beijng, Shanghai and etc.This paper analyzes the knowledge structure and requirements of urban rail transit specialty.And conclude the goodness,default and the rule of the cultivating of undergraduates of urban rail transit specialty.Based on the survey of employers’ requirements,some suggestions about new curriculum setup of urban rail transit specialty are provided.更多还原
