【Abstract】 University students assume high expectations of the society and their parents and they themselves are eager to be successful as well.Meanwhile,the society proposes strict requirements for them.All these factors make university students confronted with much psychological pressure,and as a result harbor much psychological confusion. This paper,after analyzing the psychological problems of university students in employment,puts forward approaches to adjusting the psychological obstacles in employment,which is of great significance in the overall development of the personalities of university students and their employment.更多还原
