【Abstract】 The CS domain of the core network(voice network) of China Mobile is undergoing the process of smooth evolution from traditional TDM network to IP network.In this paper the method to improve the voice service quality is presented by implementing GCP(General Codec Policy)strategy in total(all) IP environment The feasibility and effectiveness of the above method are also verified by testing it in the current network.The performance and quality of the network index is obvious increased and it has great potential to be applied in the related area.更多还原
