【摘要】 根据某动力机房内阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池单体漏液,同时也出现多个开关电源整流模块发生的故障现象,通过对整流模块所产生的化学成分的化验和成分分析,确认整流模块内部腐蚀物质的含量,最后得出开关电源模块故障原因是由于蓄电池酸雾对开关电源模块的腐蚀而引起的故障案例,通过对故障原因的分析,希望广大维护人员引以为鉴,更应该加强对蓄电池的维护。更多还原

【Abstract】 A conclusion obtained in this paper that the rectify power modular in a power supply machine room for telecommunication which some acid leak out from the got fault storage battery by the corrosion from storage battery fog,some rectify modulars had been fault at the same process.Some chemical examination and chemolysis of rectify modular PCB had finished,then confirmed the content of corrosion material.更多还原
