【摘要】 本文采用实证方法研究了员工满意度的影响因素。对A公司的调研数据,采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行了统计分析。本文运用的统计方法包括描述性统计、多元回归分析、方差分析等,并且根据实证研究的结果对A公司的员工满意度管理提出了改进建议。本项研究是以航运企业为背景,但对于其他类型企业也具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influencing factors of employee satisfaction are studied with empirical method.With the survey data from A company,many statistical arithmetic are used including describing analysis,multiple lining analysis and analysis of variance.And some management advice is given on employee satisfaction based on empirical study.This study could be used in other industry,though it is based on a shipping company.更多还原
