【摘要】 为解决机加工中接触式测量存在的问题,设计了光学式非接触红外PSD测距仪。重点阐述了光学式非接触红外PSD测距仪的工作原理,并对测量仪的工作过程进行了分析.该仪器包括传感器模块、信号处理模块、单片机系统模块,机械标定系统模块。通过对距离和位移进行了多次实测,取得理想效果,具有较高的测量精度和稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to resolve the problem of contact measurement in the machining,designing the optical non-contact infrared PSD distance gauge.Focus on the working principle of non-contact infrared optical PSD distance gauge,and analysis the measurement process.The gauge includes sensor module,signal processing modules,single-chip modules,machine calibration system module.By taking the distance and displacement measurement experiment,obtaining satisfactory results with good measurement accuracy and stability更多还原
