【摘要】 为了对不同结构的ΔΣ调制器的性能和指标进行有效评估,采用基于Matlab的行为级仿真方法。在分析了各组成模块非理想特性和ILA算法后建立相应行为级模块,最后通过对单环二阶多位ΔΣ调制器进行仿真,并将仿真结果和其他论文中的数据进行比较,证明所建模型满足时效和精度的共同要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to measure the performance and characteristics of various structures ofΔ∑Modulators effectively and efficiently, the method of behavioral modeling based on Matlab is chosen.The main non-ideal characters of components and ILA algorithm are analyzed,and then the behavioral models are constructed.The comparison of simulation results of a single-loop,second -stage and multi-bit modulators with available results offered by other papers proves the efficiency and high-resolution of models brought up by this paper.更多还原
