【摘要】 系统研究了我国《国民经济与社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》、《国家环境保护"十二五"规划》、《重金属污染防治"十二五"规划》、《国家环境保护标准"十二五"发展规划》和《工业转型升级规划(2011-2015年)》等十余个重要规划、文件,提炼剖析了与电镀行业发展和环保标准相关的关键内容。结合我国总体环境形势和环境管理特点,判断提出"十二五"期间以及更长一段时期内电镀环保工作的发展趋势。在此基础上,提出我国电镀环保标准体系建设的要点与建议,包括提标增标、综合防治、加强地方标准制修订和园区管理等八个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main relevant development plans for environmental protection in the12^th five-year of China were systematically investigated such as ’the 12^th five-yearplan for the national economy and society development’,’the 12^th five-year-plan for the environmental protection of China’,’the 12^th five-year-plan for the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution’,and ’the 12^th five-year-plan of national environmental protection standards’,etc.The key contents related with the environmental protection of electroplating industry were extracted and analyzed.And thereafter the development intendency of the eletroplating industry environmental protection in the 12^th five-year and a more longer period of time was estimated and proposed based on the general environment situation and environmental management features.Eight key points and advices for improving the environmental protection standard system of electroplating industry were then suggested,including more stringent standard,comprehensive pollution prevention and control,local standard and strengthening the environmental management of industry parks and so on.更多还原
