真空离子镀铬合金厚膜替代电镀硬铬工艺研究

【摘要】 离子镀是在真空状态完成所有工艺操作,对环境没有污染对人无害,是代替污染严重的电镀技术的主要出路。离子镀膜据膜层厚度及应用可分为:离子镀装饰薄膜及离子镀功能厚膜。离子镀装饰薄膜研发主要用在提高工件装饰性和抗大气腐蚀,膜层厚度一般∠5微米,已取得成果有:①离子镀中间层合金+离子镀铬(呈银白色)②离子镀中间层合金+离子镀钛金(或锆金)+离子镀金+离子镀透明陶瓷保护膜(呈金黄色)③刀具超硬涂层TiN,TiZrN等;离子镀功能厚镀膜主要用在提高工件耐磨性和耐蚀性,膜层厚度40微米以上,本文着重进行离子镀铬合金厚镀膜代替电镀硬铬工艺研发,已取得满意成果,可以投入工业生产,可以向社会提供技术及专用设备。
【Abstract】 The main alternative to heavily polluting electroplating is surface coating by ion plating which is conducted in vacuum and is environmentally friendly.According to the film thickness,ion plating can be classified into decorative thin films and functional thick coatings.The decorative thin films are developed for enhancing decorative properties and corrosion resistance in air,with film thickness below 5micrometers.Presently we have obtained the following techniques:1) alloyed buffer layer plus hard Cr over coat(shinny silver color);2) alloyed buffer layer plus(Ti,Zr)N plus gold plus transparent ceramic overcoat;3) superhard coatings(Ti,Zr)N for tools.Regarding think functional coatings,their purposes are mainly for enhancing wear resistance and corrosion resistance,with coating thickness above 40 micrometers.The coating materials are mainly Cr.All these techniques are patented and useful for industrial applications.
