【摘要】 电镀在工业中应用已久,但由于在电镀过程中有三废排放对环境污染严重,需大量投资治理又难根治,同时电镀过程产生六价铬及电镀层中镍、镉元素是致癌物质对人体有害。大连理工大学陈宝清教授等人1980年立项从事钢铁件、黄铜件、铝合金、锌基合金的《真空离子镀技术在电镀工艺中应用》课题研究,至今已有三十余年现已取得很好成果:①离子镀中间层合金+离子镀铬(呈银白色)②离子镀中间层合金+离子镀钛金(或锆金)+离子镀金+离子镀透明陶瓷保护膜(呈金黄色)。彻底解决电镀的缺点。有两项发明专利《钢铁、锌基合金真空离子镀铬工艺代替现行电镀装饰铬工艺》及《钢铁工件真空离子镀超硬铬镀膜工艺代替现行电镀硬铬工艺》正在申请中国发明专利。真空离子镀技术在电镀工艺中应用势在必行。可以向社会提供技术及专用设备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electro-plating has been in industrial use for many years.However,it is producing heavy pollution to the environment as well as harmful waste such as cancinogenic Cr⁺⁶ and Cd ions.Strict and costly measures have been undertaken for the waste control of electro-plating,and a more investigation of ion plating as the substitutive technique on steel,brass and Al pieces since the 80 s.At present,we are able to prepare high performance coatings using ion plating,which are either silver bright（alloyed transition layer + surface Cr coating） or golden shinny（alloyed transition layer + Ti/Zr + gold + transparent ceramic protective coating）.We can provide specialized equipments.更多还原
