溶胶-凝胶及粉末法制备染料敏化太阳能电池电极材料的研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法和粉末法制备TiO2多孔薄膜,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对TiO2粉末和TiO2多孔薄膜的晶型和表面形貌进行测试;利用黑米色素对两种方法制备的TiO2多孔薄膜进行敏化,并组装成染料敏化太阳能电池,测试组装电池的开路电压(Voc)和短路电流(Isc)。结果表明:粉末法制备TiO2多孔薄膜的过程不会改变TiO2的晶体结构。自制粉体的粒径分布范围较宽,约为几纳米到一百纳米以上。用粉末法制备的TiO2多孔薄膜所组装电池的光电性能优于溶胶-凝胶法,而粉末法中自制TiO2粉体制备的TiO2多孔薄膜所组装电池的光电性能优于市售TiO2粉体制备的TiO2多孔薄膜所组装电池,其Voc和Isc分别可以达到409mV和111μA。
【Abstract】 Sol-gel and powder methods were used to prepare TiO2 porous thin films.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) techniques were used to characterize the crystal and surface morphology of Ti02 powder and TiO2 porous thin films.TiO2 porous thin films prepared by the two methods were sensitized by the black rice pigment and assembled into the dye-sensitized solar cells.The open circuit voltage(Voc)and short-circuit Current(Isc)of solar cells were tested.The results showed that the crystal structure of TiO2 will not change during the process preparing TiO2 porous thin films.The powder made by self were with a wide range of size distribution,about a few nanometers to 100 nanometers.Compared with sol-gel method,the photoelectric properties of solar cells assembled by TiO2 porous thin films.prepared by powder method is better.And compared with P25 powder,the photoelectric properties of solar cells assembled by TiO2 porous thin films.prepared by powder made by self is better.,its Voc and Ise were up to 409 mV and 111 μ A.
