脉冲占空比对TC4钛合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜及电流密度的影响

【摘要】 采用恒压模式在Na2SiO3-NaH2P04-EDTA 2Na溶液中用微弧氧化法在TC4钛合金表面制备了陶瓷涂层,研究了脉冲占空比对陶瓷膜相组成、厚度、表面形貌以及电流密度的影响。结果表明:陶瓷膜主要由锐钛矿型TiO2、金红石型TiO2相组成,随占空比的增加,陶瓷膜中的金红石型TiO2相对含量增加;随占空比的增加,陶瓷膜生长速率、厚度、表面微孔数目呈先增加后减小的趋势;占空比的增大可以降低电流密度,节约反应所消耗的能量。

【Abstract】 Ceramic coatings were fabricated on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)method in Na2SiO3-NaH2PO4-EDTA 2Na solution.The influence of different pulse duty cycles on the phase composition,thickness,morphology of coatings and the current density were investigated.The results showed that,the rutile and anatase were the main composition of these layers.With the increasing of pulse duty cycles,relative amount of rutile increases.The growth rate,the thickness and the number of micro-pores of MAO coatings increase firstly,then decrease.With the increasing of pulse duty cycles,the current density decrease which can reduce energy consumption.
