焦磷酸盐—柠檬酸盐体系电镀光亮Zn-Ni合金的研究
Study on the bright Zn-Ni alloy-electroplating in the solution with potassium Pyrophosphat and sodium citrate

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种电镀光亮Zn-Ni合金的新工艺。应用Hull cell试验、小槽电镀、扫描电子显微镜等方法,研究了溶液中Ni2+/Zn2+率、温度、pH值、阴极电流密度等对合金层中含Ni量的影响。其溶液组成是:100120g/l焦磷酸钾,4555g/l柠檬酸钠,2535g/l ZnSO4.7H2O,3545g/l NiSO4.6H2O,0.20.4g/l添加剂A,0.10.2g/1添加剂B.实验结果表明,在T=1035℃,pH=810,Dk=0.53.0A/dm2条件下,可得到含Ni量为12.518%的光亮的、耐蚀性能好的Zn-Ni合金镀层。
【Abstract】 Abstrcat:a new process of the bright Zn-Ni alloy-electroplating was proposed in this paper.By the Hull cell tests,small bath electroplating and Scanning Electronic Microscopy(SEM),the effects of Ni2+/Zn2+ rate in the solution,temperature,pH value,cathodic current density etc.on the content of Ni in the Zn-Ni alloys were investigated.The optimum composition of Electroplating solution was:100120g/l potassium pyrophosphate,45 55g/l Sodium citrate,25 35g/l ZnSO4.7H2O,3545g/l NiSO4.6H2O,0.20.4g/l additive A,0.10.2g/l additive B.When the solution temperature range was at 1035℃,pH value was in 810,and the cathodic current density was at 0.53.0A/dm2,a Zn-Ni alloy with1218%Ni was obtainted.
