【Abstract】 There are "hollow village" phenomena occurs widely in china country with the acceleration of urbanization and the process of country development,which behaves that the old unused residential land rose in villages.The main reasons are the rural surplus capital transformed to the burgeoning dwelling houses and mass labor outflow from village fleetly.The phenomena of "hollow village" disaccord with the demand of new socialist countryside construction and land using,for it brought many problems in villages,such as occupying and wasting land,affecting the living environment and agricultural production environment,worsening the ecological environment,inducing the conflicts of more people and less lands and so on.According to these problems,"hollow village" reclamation has became the one of main problem of new socialist countryside construction.The measures and the effects of "hollow village" reclamation in Zhengyang county of Henan province was analyzed in the paper end.The practice indicates that it will not only increase farmland,improve public service for instance irrigation,transportation,electric power,communication service etc.,promote ecosystem environment,and also mitigate the pressure on construction land by making better land use plan and the management of residential land to promote the rural integrating construction.Therefore the reclamation of "hollow village" will promote village economy and spiritual civilization construction growing rationally to boost the new socialist countryside construction develops sustainable,accordingly,to promote the city and country develop harmoniously.更多还原
