城乡统筹试验区土地资源优化利用模式探讨——以重庆市黔江区为例

【摘要】 2007年6月,国家批准重庆成为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区,本文以重庆市黔江区为例,从土地资源利用现状特点和存在问题入手,根据黔江区土地资源自然地带规律、土地适宜性、土地生态系统保护、社会经济发展多样化相结合的特点,探讨黔江区城乡统筹的土地优化利用模式。
【Abstract】 Chongqing has been approved as a National Urban-Rural Coordinative Development Synthetically Reform Testing District in June,2007.This article takes Qianjiang city of Chongqing for example and analyzes features and problems of land use,then,it observes the principles which include physical geographical factors,land suitability,agricultural ecosystem protection and diverse economics and wish to find a useful land use models for Urban-Rural Coordinative Development.
