【摘要】 根据珠三角地区物流业的发展趋势和对土地利用产生的影响,同时结合当前珠三角物流用地的问题,采用归纳分析和对比分析的研究方法,探讨未来珠三角物流业的土地利用对策。提出通过统筹城乡用地以及对当前物流用地进行科学分类、规划、发展地下物流、开展土地置换以及倡导绿色物流等途径实现物流土地利用的集约节约化和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the logistics industry’s developing trend and its impacts on land use in Pear River Delta,and the current situation,the authors combined the methods of induction and comparison analyses to explore countermeasures for logistics land use in the future.Some approaches were put forward for the realization of intensive and economized logistic land use and suitable development by scientific classification and planning,developing underground logistics system,replacement of logistic land use and advocating green logistics.更多还原
