【Abstract】 The development of social economy proposes the establishment of the Dynamic Monitoring System on Land Use at provincial level,which will be a comprehensive system combining computer information system with safeguard system as an integral one.Its technical core is the computer information system.The system should consist of three functional modules,which respectively refer to monitoring the subsystem and the subsystem of the database,and the management of the subsystem.The Dynamic Monitoring System on Land Use at provincial level should also give a detailed analysis of the organization and the design of each functional module,and put forward the supporting system guaranteeing the operation of the system.更多还原
