【摘要】 土地整理对生态环境有正负两方面的影响,为了使负面影响最小化,土地整理规划设计应遵循生态补偿原则。本文分析了土地整理对生态环境的可能影响,提出土地整理过程中应遵循生物链完整性原则、生态服务功能完备性原则、生态服务持续性原则及生态效益优化原则,并结合国家投资土地整理项目的个例,对以上原则做了实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological influences,coming from the land consolidation activities,are both positive and negative.The principles of ecological compensation should be followed in the planning and design of land consolidation project to reduce its negative effects.In this paper,potential influences on ecological environment resulted from land consolidation are analyzed,and the principles of ecological compensation are suggested as the integrity of biological chain,the perfection of ecological service functions,the sustainability of ecological services,and the optimum of ecological benefit.To finalize these principles,a series of countermeasures are developed.Combined with the Weigaoyi project of land consolidation,a case study is given in Wuxue City,Hubei Province.更多还原
