土地开发项目待开发资源的适宜性评价研究

【摘要】 土地适宜性评价是实施土地开发项目的重要环节,对项目开发方案、土地开发方向的制定有着至关重要的影响。本文以南乐县西邵乡黄河故道区沙荒地土地开发项目为例,运用模糊综合评判的方法,构造项目区待开发土地的适宜性评价模型,重点对沙荒地进行了宜农、宜园、宜林3个适宜性方向的评价,并进行了土地开发方向区域的划定研究。
【Abstract】 Land suitability evaluation is an important link of carrying out land development project,and it has important influence on the scheme of land development.This paper constructs the land suitability evaluation model to evaluatethe uncultivated land of the project region.The directions of suitability for cultivation,for gardening,and for forestry to the uncultivated land of Yellow River old area in Xishao town Nanle city are evaluated,and the regions for different land development direction are also zoned by using fuzzy mathematic method.
