【摘要】 分析了我国以往的征地补偿标准,以及新征地补偿标准的确定问题,提出新征地补偿标准的应用建议。研究结果表明:以往的补偿标准存在诸多弊端,新征地补偿标准的绝对刚性理解、相对刚性理解,以及弹性理解也各有利弊;综合比较弹性标准、绝对刚性标准,以及相对刚性标准各自的优劣势,建议将新征地补偿标准作为征地补偿的最低标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to analysis former and new compensation standard of land expropriation,and give a pertinent application suggestion.Method of comparison is employed.The results indicate that there are some disadvantages about former compensation standard of land expropriation,the rigid and flexible comprehension of new compensation standard have their advantages and disadvantages respectively.Based on analysis of different compensation standards and the reality in China,this paper puts forward a suggestion of adopting the new compensation standard of land expropriation as the lowest compensation standard.更多还原
