【摘要】 研究目的:在分析主导耕作制度调查法缺陷的基础上,提出了从另一个角度分析和测算出征地统一年产值。研究方法:因素修正法,层次分析法。研究结果:因素修正法在测算单元的测算中能够很好地揭示各个测算单元的产值的主要的影响因素。研究结论:因素修正法在统一年产值的测算是可行、科学的,值得在征地统一年产值及农用地年产值的测算中推广应用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research goal:In the foundation of analysis the flaws of main cropping frame investigation procedure method,proposed analyzes and estimate the unified annual output value of land expropriation from another angle.Research technique:Factor revision method,AHP(analytic hierarchy process).Findings:Factor revision method can well reveal the main influence factor of the every estimated unit output value when estimated.Research conclusion:Factor revision method is feasible and Scientific in estimated the unified annual output value of land expropriation,it worth promoted application in estimate the unified annual output value of land expropriation and the out put value per year of the land in agriculture uses.更多还原
