【摘要】 我国县级尺度的城区数量最多,基准地价更新工作最频繁,为了反映基准地价的合理性,本文以县级的桂平市城区为例,把新旧两轮基准地价的成果进行对比分析,并与条件相类似的相关县市成果比较,然后对桂平市城区基准地价更新成果的成因进行了分析,最终确认更新成果的合理性。对县级尺度的城区基准地价合理性更新有参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county level urban is most quantity in our country,the datum land price renewal work is most frequent.In order to reflect the rationality of Guiping urban datum land price,this article take the county level Guiping urban as example,contrasts and analyzes the old and new datum land price,and compares the Guiping urban datum land price to the related county or cities which condition similar to Guiping urban,then analyzes the origin of Guiping urban’s datum land price,finally confirms the renewal achievement’s rationality.This article can be refered by others county level urban which renew their datum land price rationaly.更多还原
