【摘要】 本文阐述了海岛土地资源的特点、土地利用中存在的问题、土地资源可持续利用应遵循的原则及土地资源可持续利用的模式。并以大连市的海岛县长海县为例,提出海岛土地资源可持续利用的战略是发展"飞地"经济在大陆建立工业园区,开发无居民海岛发展旅游业,开发滩涂资源、浅海资源大力发展养殖业,建立生态转移支付机制,在规划中加强对产业发展方向的管制,依法治渔,科技兴渔,实现渔业可持续发展等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text explained the characteristics of the land resources in the island,the problems of land using,the sustainable use of land resources and the patterns of the land resources in the process of sustainable use.And take the island in Dalian as an example,then proposed the island sustainable use of land resources strategy is the develop the industry park in the "enclaves",develop the tourism in the island where there is no residents,develop aquaculture industry in the shallow sea,establish the mechanism of ecological transfer payment,control the direction of the industry development,use science and technology to achieve fisher’s sustainable development.更多还原
