【Abstract】 In this article,the classification of Guiping city urban land was taken as an object to elaborate the urban land classification technical method.Multiple factor for specialist marking approach was used to confirm the weight of each factors which influence land,and standardized the factors value by the way of extremum standardization;By combining the ways of the total score value frequency method and the value section frequency diagram to classify cities rank preliminary;By the way of consulting the expert and utilize market material to validate the urban land classification,showed that the classification of Guiping city urban land is reasonable.更多还原
