【摘要】 多年以来,国际货币制度和世界各国汇率制度一直处于不断的发展变化当中,决定汇率制度变动的多种因素在不断地碰撞和耦合。20世纪90年代后,新兴市场频繁发生的货币危机造成汇率制度频繁更迭,使得关于汇率制度的变动研究也就成为这一时期许多经济学家们关注的焦点。由于各国经济、金融条件各不相同,不可能存在一种适合所有国家的汇率制度;对于某一个国家来说,合适的汇率制度经过一段时间之后,也可能发生变化。随着各国经济市场化和开放程度的不断加大,决定汇率制度安排多种因素的变化不断地对汇率产生调整压力,汇率制度随时可能发生微调、修正、变迁甚至重新选择。因此,汇率制度转换理论比之汇率制度选择理论是一个更为普遍、更加急需解决的问题,是汇率问题研究的一个新领域。本文循着这样的分析思路逐步展开:首先从对各国汇率制度转换的实践分析入手,指出汇率制度的频繁转换乃是当今世界经济的一个突出特点,就此提出汇率制度转换问题研究的必要性和迫切性;其次,在提出汇率制度转换理论一般内容的基础之上,对汇率制度转换理论现有的研究进展进行综述;最后结合中国汇率改革实践对汇率制度转换理论在我国的适用性进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The international monetary system and exchange rate system have been ever-developing and ever-changing all over the world for many years,and many factors that determine the change of exchange rate system have been colliding and coupling continually.After 1990s,the monetary crisis that frequently took place in the new developing markets caused the frequent changes of the exchange rate system,and made the changes about exchange rate system become the focus studied by many economists in this period. Because different countries have different economic and financial conditions,it is impossible to exist for a kind of exchange rate system which is suitable for all countries.To a certain country,the suitable exchange rate system may change after a period of time.With the economic marketization and constant increasing of the opening degree of various countries,the change of many factors that determine the arrangement of exchange rate system produce the pressure to adjust constantly,and the system of exchange rate may fine-tune,revise,change,even reselect at all times.So the theory of exchange rate system transition is a more general and badly in need of solution problem than the theory of exchange rate system selection,and a new field in which exchange rate system is studied.In the paper,the following is analyzed step by step according such a train of thought:First,starting with the practical analysis of the exchange rate system transition for various countries,we point out that the frequent transition of the exchange rate system is an outstanding characteristic of current international economy,thus putting forward the necessity and urgency of studying the exchange rate system transition.Second,on the basis of that,the general contents of the exchange rate system transition theory are proposed,and a survey to the existing study progress of the exchange rate system transition theory is made.Finally,combining the practices of Chinese exchange rate reform,we make an analysis to the applicability of the exchange rate system transition theory.更多还原
