硅藻土原料合成ZSM-5的表征及芳构化性能

【摘要】 以介孔硅藻土为硅源,浸渍铝源,通过固相表面反应晶相转化法,得到具有微孔-介孔双孔结构分布的DZSM-5分子筛。以FCC汽油为原料,在实验室固定床反应装置上评价DZSM-5分子筛制备的催化剂DZA的芳构化性能。采用XRD、SEM、BET及TG-MS等手段对DZSM-5分子筛及ZA催化剂的晶相、形貌、孔结构及表面积炭进行了表征。结果表明,该法得到的双孔分布分子筛DZSM-5具有丰富的孔结构、较高的结晶度及完整晶形,有机结合的微-介孔结构使得其制备的催化剂具有较高的芳构化活性和抗积炭能力。
【Abstract】 Hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite,DZSM-5,combing micro- and mesoporosity was prepared by mesoporous diatomite and aluminum through a vapor-phase transport process on solid surfaces.The aromatization performance of the catalyst DZA made by DZSM-5 was investigated on a laboratory fixed reactor with FCC gasoline as raw material.The crystal phase,morphology,pore structure and coke deposition of DZSM-5 and aromatization catalyst DZA were characterized by means of XRD,SEM,BET and TC-MS.The results showed that the prepared hierarchical ZSM-5 zeolite enriched porosity,high crystalhnity and complete crystalline form,and catalyst DZA displayed improved aromatization performance and carbon deposition resistance due to the micro-and mesopores organically combined in its molecular structure.
