生物柴油对柴油机油氧化、清净和抗磨性能的影响
EFFECT OF BIODIESEL ON OXIDATIVE STABILITY,DETERGENCY AND ANTIWEAR ABILITY OF DIESEL ENGINE OIL

【摘要】 在柴油机油中分别加入不同比例的生物柴油和矿物柴油,通过实验室模拟实验,研究了生物柴油和矿物柴油对柴油机油氧化安定性、高温清净性及抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,与矿物柴油相比,生物柴油自身较易氧化,并且明显加速了基础油和柴油机油的高温氧化变质,使得柴油机油的氧化安定性、高温清净性及抗磨性能变差。
【Abstract】 Different contents of biodiesel and petrodiesel were incorporated into diesel oils,respectively. The effects of biodiesel and petrodiesel on oxidative stability,detergency and antiwear performance of the formulated oils were investigated.The results indicated that compared with petrodiesel,due to its easy self-oxidation,the biodiesel could promote the oxidation degradation of engine oils,leading to worse oxidative stability,detergency and antiwear ability of the oils.
