新型修井作业钳的设计及仿真试验

【摘要】 根据当前油田修井作业的发展需要,提出了一套新型修井井口机械化作业方案,设计了配套的机械化闭口油管钳。介绍了闭口油管钳的结构、工作原理及设计参数,并基于AMESim软件,对其核心部件作业主钳在上扣操作过程中的动态特性进行了仿真试验分析。仿真试验结果表明,油管钳结构合理,能满足修井井口机械化作业要求。仿真试验为样机研制提供了技术数据,同时也为油管钳液压控制系统的设计和调试提供了技术支持。
【Abstract】 According to the developmental needs of the current well servicing operation,a scheme for the new-type wellhead workover mechanical operation was formulated,designing the matching mechanized closed tubing tongs and introducing the tongs’ structural components,operating principle and design parameters.Based on the AMESim software,a simulation analysis was conducted of the dynamic characteristics of the main operating tong,the key component of the tubing tongs,in the process of makeup.The simulation test results indicate that the tubing tongs are structurally logical and can satisfy the requirements of the mechanized wellhead workover operation.The simulation test provides the technical data for the development of the sample unit and at the same time,provides the technical support for the design and debugging of the tubing tongs’ hydraulic control system.
