【摘要】 猪瘟是由猪瘟病毒感染猪和野猪而引起的一种烈性传染病。尽管中国对猪瘟预防采取强制免疫的防控策略,但猪瘟每年仍然给中国的养猪业造成一定的经济损失。为了摸清猪瘟病毒在引起华南地区规模化猪场猪病中的作用,本项目拟通过对猪瘟病毒的细胞分离与培养、猪瘟病毒核酸检测等技术了解华南地区规模化猪场猪瘟的流行情况,为预防和控制猪瘟的发生和流行提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classical swine fever(CSF)is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by classical swine fever virus(CSFV).It is classified as Class A animal diseases listed by the Office International des Epizooties(OIE).The disease causes large economic losses to the swine industry globally.It has aslo inflicted serious economic losses to China’s pig industry every year.To determine the role of classical swine fever virus in porcine diseases of the large-scale pig farms in southern China,the project intends to study the prevalence of classical swine fever in southern China by isolation and culture of classical swine fever virus,nucleic acid detection of classical swine fever virus,etc.,to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of classical swine fever in China.更多还原
