【摘要】 黄芪多糖是中药黄芪中含量最多、免疫活性较强的一类物质。黄芪多糖具有调节免疫、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗氧化、抗辐射和抗应激等多种功能,能影响动物胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊等免疫器官的发育,促进淋巴细胞转化和增殖及巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高动物机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫能力。在养猪生产中,饲料中添加黄芪多糖可以提高断奶仔猪的日增重,改善饲料增重比,降低腹泻率,也可以预防疾病发生,促进生长,提高生产性能和改善猪肉产品质量等。本文就黄芪多糖的理化性质、生物学功能以及在养猪生产中的应用研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Astragalus polysaccharide is the most content of Radix Astragali.It has strong immune activity.Astragalus polysaccharide has various physiology function such as enhance immunity,antivirusanticancer,antioxidation,anti-aging and so on.It can impact the immune organs development of thymus,spleen,bursa of fabricius,promote transformation and proliferation of lymphocyte,phagocytosis of phagocytic cell,enhance cellular immunity and humoral immunity of animal organism.It can increase the average body weight,feed-meat ratio and the digestibility rate of nutrient substance of pigs in Swine Production.The diarrhea frequency were decreased.It can also prevent illness,promote growth performance on piglets,and improve pork quality.Physical and chemical properties,biological function of Astagalus polysaccharide and its Progress in Study and application in Swine Production were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
