一种复合换能器振动系统的研究
A kind of compound transducer vibration system

【摘要】 对由纵向振动换能器和大尺寸圆柱体组成的复合系统的振动特性进行了研究。论文首先研究了大尺寸圆柱体辐射器纵径耦合振动,推出其耦合振动的等效电路,在此基础上得出其频率方程:然后采用ansys模拟了圆柱体辐射器和复合振动系统的振动模态并得到了复合振动系统的导纳频率曲线:最后设计并制作了复合振动系统,对其共振频率进行了测试。结果表明,实验结果和数值模拟结果基本吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new type of high power ultrasonic radiator used in liquid is studied.The proposed ultrasonic radiator is a metal cylinder with comparative radial and longitudinal geometrical dimensions,which is mechanically excited by a longitudinal sandwich ultrasonic transducer.The physical mechanism of the high power cylinder radiator lies in the intense coupled vibration between the longitudinal and radial vibrations of the cylinder with large geometrical dimensions.The equivalent circuit for the coupled vibration of the cylinder radiator is derived,and the resonance frequency equations are obtained.The resonance frequency and the vibrational mode are numerically simulated and experimentally measured.It is experimentally shown that the measured results are in agreement with the analytical and numerical results.
