波纹折环顺性经验公式的讨论
Discussing empirical equation for compliance of bellows edge

【摘要】 针对折环顺性经验公式应用的问题,对H|l值相同但H和l各不相同的情况进行了分析讨论。采用有限元方法分析了H|l值不变,波纹数n=1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0情况下位移曲线的差异,进一步结合材料、剖面形状、尺寸和H|l值进行了对比分析。波纹数n不同,位移曲线差异较大,n=1.5位移相对较大,n=1.0位移相对较小,最大差异达38.1mm(9.5N);波纹数n=2.0、2.5、3.0的位移曲线规律受剖面形状和H|l值影响较大,受材料和尺寸影响较小:锯齿形剖面折环位移整体相对较小;H|l值减小,折环位移整体减小。
【Abstract】 This paper studies on the empirical equation for compliance of bellows edge with same values of H/l but different H and different / for its application.The difference of deformation curves among structures of which bellows number n=1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 but the values of H/l is invariable was studied by finite element analysis,further effects of materials,sections,dimensions and values of H/l were considered.The difference is large by bellows number,when bellows number is 1.5,the deformation is relatively larger,when bellows number is 1.0,the deformation is relatively smaller,and the maximum reaches38.1mm(9.5N).The effects of sections and values of H/l on regulars of deformation curves are larger,but effects of materials and dimensions are smaller.The deformation of edge with the section of hackle is relatively smaller.When the value of H/l is smaller,the deformation is smaller.
