新型多通道超声波发射接收仪研制
A new design of multi-channel ultrasonic transmitting and receiving meter

【摘要】 本文针对超声波测试系统中不同测试方式及高精度的要求,结合可编程门阵列(FPGA)、数字信号处理器(DSP)和高性能单片机(MCU)设计制作了多通道超声波发射接收仪;本仪器的采样率达到100MSPS,配合多通道的发射接收,能满足高精度的声参数测量需要。试验证明,多通道超声波发射接收仪工作稳定、测试精度高,适合多种条件下声学参数的检测。
【Abstract】 For meeting the different testing methods and high accuracy in the ultrasonic test system,a multi-channel ultrasomc test system which based on FPGA and DSP as well as high-performance MCU is designed.Signal acquisition frequency of the meter up to 100MSPS,which meets the high accuracy acoustic parameters measurement needs with the multi-channel transmitter and receiver circuits.Results show that multi-channel ultrasonic Transmitting and Receiving meter can work stability with high test accuracy for variety conditions.
