声表面波气相色谱仪性能评价

【摘要】 本文采用声表面波气相色谱(GC-SAW)仪测定正壬烷气体,对影响仪器灵敏度、分离度、精密度的动力学因素进行了研究。结果表明,检测器温度和载气流量对仪器灵敏度有较大影响。比较两种进样方式(气体进样和液体进样)对正壬烷检测灵敏度影响,结果显示,采用气体进样精密度更好,相对标准偏差小于3%。上述工作为GC-SAW分析条件的选择提供理论和实验依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the surface acoustic wave gas chromatograph(GC-SAW) was used for n-nonane detection.The effects on sensitivity,separation and precision of chromatography operating parameters were investigated.The results exhibited that the significant effect on sensitivity was found from the operation temperature of the detector,and the flow rate of carrier gas.The n-nonane detect sensitivity was compared by using two injection method(gas injection and liquid injection),the results show that the precision of gas injection was better,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%. The research work provides theoretical and experimental basic for condition choice on GC-SAW analysis.
