【摘要】 针对目前典型振动系统中存在的检测信号不完整问题,本文设计了智能振动变送器,由电荷变换模块、数据处理模块、无线收发模块组成。该智能振动变送器可实现对振动状态持续且完整的检测,具有测试精度高、采集数据准确、可达到实时响应等优点。试验表明:该装置可大大提高系统的探测准确率,具有重要的应用推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pointed to the problem of testing signal having been incomplete in a typical vibration system,A kind of smart vbration transmitter system is designed in this paper.It is made of three parts:charge transfering block,data processing block and wireless two-way system.With the smrart vbration transmitter system,the continuous and complete detection signal could be acquired which take merits of high Precision,low faulty and answering in realtime.Experiments show that the anomaly event detection in this system has been much improved by using the transmitter,and which bring up it the massive working value and the wide application fields.更多还原
