【摘要】 目的:探讨海绵体断裂的声像图特点及超声在该疾病诊治中的临床应用。方法:对1例尿道海绵体断裂患者的临床资料及声像图特点进行分析,并结合文献讨论。结果:该病例主要的临床表现为阴茎紫绀肿胀,阴茎腹侧触痛明显,超声提示尿道海绵体断裂,并为手术证实,且与超声所示部位一致。结论:超声检查不但能够准确定位损伤部位,并可追踪观测疾病变化,为临床选择治疗方案提供客观指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The sonographic characteristics of corpora cavernosum urethrae fracture and the application of sonography in this process were discussed.Methods:The clinical data and sonographic characteristics of a patient with corpora cavernosum urethrae fracture were analyzed retrospectively,then the previous literatures on this topic were reviewed and discussed.Results:Cyanosis and swollen with haphalgesia on the ventral penis were the mainly manifestations of this patient.Corpora cavernosum urethrae fracture fractures were detected by sonography,then affirmed by surgery.And the sonographic fracture site was concordant to surgery.Conclusions:Sonography can affirm the fracture site,follow the condition changes in addition,and serve objective references to management.更多还原
