高能超声辐射对沙棘叶活性成分影响的可控性研究

【摘要】 本文分析了高能超声空化效应及其在生物活性成分提取中的应用。研究目标:结合沙棘叶总黄酮的超声提取工艺,进行高能超声辐射影响生物活性成分的化学结构的深入研究。研究内容:①高能超声与植物组织的相互作用机制;②空化效应对沙棘叶黄酮的影响。研究方法:①通过理论分析和实验研究,探究高能超声的能量特征;②利用HPLC对高能超声提取的沙棘叶总黄酮化学结构进行测试分析。研究结果:①超声的能量特征是可以控制的;②高能超声空化作用于植物药,在合理的作用条件下,其活性成分不会受到破坏。
【Abstract】 The effects of cavitation of high intensity ultrasound are introduced.The effects are used for active component extraction of biomaterials.The research aims:combining with extraction of the total flavones from hippophoe leaves,the effects of chemical structure of active components with HI ultrasonic radiation are deeply discussed.The research contents:①the reaction mechanism of HI ultrasound to plants and②the effects of cavitation to active composition of hippophae.The research methods:①through the theory and experiment research,the characters of HI ultrasonic energy ere discussed,and then②the chemical structures of total flavones from Hippophoe leaves extracted with ultrasound are tested by means of HPLC.The results:①the characters of ultrasonic energy could be controlled and②at the reasonable conditions,the active ingredients of plant medicine will not be destroyed by ultrasound.
