轮胎模态及声辐射特性的数值分析

【摘要】 轮胎的动态特性是影响包括操纵稳定性、行驶平顺性在内的车辆整体性能的重要指标之一。本文建立轮胎三维实体模型,通过有限元法计算来获取轮胎在不同充气情况、有无路面作用以及胎面花纹三种不同情况下的模态参数进行分析比较。结果显示轮胎的固有频率随气压的升高而增大,路面的作用及胎面的花纹都使固有频率提高。随后选用一种适当的轮胎模型,以汽车跳台为例,编程计算出轮胎在跳台时受到的动力响应,结合边界元法,计算轮胎在跳台时受到路面激励作用下的相关声辐射特性并进行分析。结果表明轮胎周围的辐射声压随着激励频率的改变有着明显的变化,且轮胎的声指向性也随之发生了改变。

【Abstract】 Dynamic characteristics of the tire,including handling and stability,ride comfort of vehicles,were important indicators of overall performance.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of a tire was established to obtain the natural frequencies by finite element method under three different conditions,including different inflatable pressures,the effect of the road and the effect of tread patterns.Then they were analyzed and compared each other.The results showed that the natural frequency of the tire increased with the pressure increasing,and the effect of the road and the tread patterns.Then the vehicle jumping for instance,an appropriate tire model was choosed to calculation acoustic radiation properties under the load applied by the road,using finite element method combined with the boundary element method.The results showed that the sound radiation pressure around the tire and the acoustic directions changed obviously with the changing of load frequencies.
