分数傅里叶变换域上语音取证电网频率测量方法

【摘要】 电网频率测量是音频取证关键技术,本文针对我国电网信道复杂干扰特性,研究抗多径干扰和复杂干扰机理,提出了一种基于分数傅里叶变换的高精度电网频率测量方法。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法不仅具有较高的测量精度,而且具有一定的抗干扰特性,能够较好地应用于音频取证中。
【Abstract】 As electric network frequency is sometimes embedded in audio signals when the recording is carried out with the equipment connected to an electrical outlet,electric network frequency estimation is an important task in audio authenticity.A novel electric network frequency estimation based on fractional fourier transform is proposed from anti-multipath interference.According to the theoretical analysis and experimental result,this model performs well in high precision and anti-noise.Our study suggests that this model has high value and good prospect in application.
