【摘要】 本文针对4UL-1500型马铃薯联合收获机功率消耗进行了系统分析研究,论述了马铃薯联合收获机结构特性及各工作部件的功率消耗,通过数据分析计算可知该机结构紧凑、传动效率高、功率消耗低,且收获机的牵引功率、一二级输送、一二级除根、后输送、后提升等部件的功率消耗均在合理范围内,可一次性完成薯块的挖掘、分离、输送和堆放等工作,提高了马铃薯的收获效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analysed and researched the power consume of the 4UL-1500 combine harvester of potato.Expatiating power consume trait of combine harvester’s configuration character and working parts,coming into conclusion that configuration is compact,transmission efficiency is high,power consume is lower,can ensure traction power of combine harvester,transportation of first grade dithering,remove root of first grade,transportation of second grade,remove root of second grade of combine harvester by analysing and calculating data,the rearing transportation and rearing hoist parts’ corresponding work,can accomplish these works that to excavate,separate,transportation and stack the potato dollop once,improved the harvest efficiency of potato.更多还原
