ZK60镁合金板材高温杯突试验研究

【摘要】 在岛津AG-I250KN电子拉伸试验机上,分别在室温、340℃、370℃、400℃下进行了ZK60镁合金板材杯突试验,测得了相应杯突值(IE值),并对微观组织及断口形貌进行观察。结果表明,随着温度升高,板材的IE值升高,在370℃时达到最大值16.5 mm。ZK60镁合金高温塑性变形时的主要软化机制为动态再结晶,常温下ZK60镁合金断裂方式为脆性断裂,而高温下为韧性断裂。
【Abstract】 At room temperature,340℃,370℃and 400℃,Erichsen tests of ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet were achieved by SHIMADZU AG-I250KN Electronic tensile testing machine.The Erichsen numbers were tested and micro-structure and fracture morphology was observed also.The results show that Erichsen number became bigger with the test temperature rising and the maximum was 16.5mm at 3701.The softening mechanism of ZK60 magnesium alloy in hot deformation was DRX.The fracture mode of ZK60 at room temperature was brittle fracture and ductile rupture at high temperature.
