【摘要】 斜楔机构是应用在车覆盖件零件冲压加工时,由于结构形状等原因,竖直的冲压解决不了,型面则需侧向冲压成型的机构。所以斜楔机构的运动情况将影响覆盖件成型情况。本文利用CAD软件对斜楔机构进行三维建模,通过UG/Motion运动分析模块对其进行运动模拟,分析了机构运动状态,弹簧力,斜楔的加速度和速度的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cam mechanism is institutions of lateral metal forming surface in using parts of automobile panel stamping processing.Vertical stamping of press machine cannot be used because of the structure,shape of the panel part and so on.The movement of cam mechanism will affect the parts of automobile panel situation.A solid model has been built with CAD program and Motion simulation is simulated by UC/Motion.This paper analyses mechanism motion state,spring force,speed changing and acceleration changing of cam slider in working process.更多还原
