冷轧压下率对柱状晶TD样品形变再结晶行为的影响

【摘要】 将柱状晶TD样品冷轧至不同压下率,并在700℃进行盐浴退火。利用XRD与EBSD技术,研究其冷轧再结晶行为,并对压下率的影响进行讨论。立方取向先发生绕〈001〉轴的转动,旋转高斯发生朝着{111}〈110〉取向的转动。50%压下率冷轧时,立方取向在晶界附近发生的对{001}取向线的偏离体现了晶界的作用。随压率增加,偏离{001}取向线的转动增强,85%压下率冷轧样品碎化严重。退火后30%及50%压下率样品得不到立方织构,85%样品除得到立方织构外还得到高斯织构。考虑到织构间竞争关系,67%压下率冷轧对立方织构最有益。

【Abstract】 TD columnar crystals are cold rolled to different reductions,then annealing in salt bath is performed at 700℃.By means of XRD and EBSD techniques,this study focuses on deformation and recrystallization behaviors of TD columnar crystals,and the effect of rolling reduction is discussed.{001 }<100> orientation rotates about <001> axis,and {110}<110> orientation rotates towards {111}<110>.When the specimen is rolled to 50%reduction,crystal rotation of cube orientation away from {001} fiber near grain boundaries represents the effect of grain boundaries.The extent of this kind of crystal rotation away from {001} fiber increases at higher reductions,and deformed cube oriented grain is sub-divided into fragmentations at 85% reduction.No cube texture is observed in annealed 30%and 50%rolled specimens,which is in contrast to the formation of strong cube texture in annealed specimens rolled to 67%and 85%reductions.Goss texture is obtained in 85%rolled specimen as well,67%reduction is more feasible for cube texture in consideration of the growth advantage of Goss oriented grains.
